We have daily weigh-ins which you will find posted each day in the Events section on the Home page, just click on the weigh-in then post your starting weight, what your goal is for the week and what you have lost in the last week. Most days are full at the moment but we do have places on Sunday.

Try making up a large bowl of salad to keep in the fridge that you can dip into whenever you want. Add your fruit to the salad, blueberries make a delicious addition.
My one wicked part of the salad is a home made dressing: 1 teaspoon runny honey, one teaspoon coleman's mustard powder mixed together then add enough cider vinegar and olive oil to fill a 250ml bottle. You can add various extras like herbs and garlic. The dressing helps to preserve the salad so that it will last up to 3 days in the fridge.
You can add a can of chick peas for bulk. Use lots of raw veg like spiralised courgette, shredded raw beetrood, parsnip and carrots.
Make this up once a week, then make up a mixed veg stew that will also last 3 days and you've always got a meal available .
