Losing weight

Hey I am a young female 5ft 5 and I am 10 stone 12-13. My goal is to be 9 stone 7 before july.it says im overweight for my age. I need to be 10 stone and below to be healthy. Wish me luck id appreciate your support.

Good on you for doing something about it. Loose just a couple of more pounds so it will give you something to play with if you are invited to a decadent meal. This is what I am doing

Good luck. Try not to focus too much on the big weight loss break it down to smaller goals perhaps first half stone etc. And reward yourself with non-calorific treat. Otherwise if weightloss seems slow it may be self-defeating. But definitely good to have a longer goal.

Good Luck, I'm similar to you in weight and have a similar goal.. I'm struggling to lose at the moment had have lost all motivation :( Hope to get back on it next week after my holiday. Let me know how you get on, would be great to see how someone with similar goals to me manages xx

Hi there I was overweight by a lot I'm 5 ft 1 and I weighed 13-10 which is a lot bigger it's two months exactly yesterday I started healthy eating and today I weigh 11-13 which is nearly 2 stone so if I can do it you can I just cut out all fats sugars etc and a lot of vodka lol I don't drink coke anymore x good luck to u let me know how you get on I also have a lot. Of health problems to and I'm 38 so a lot older that you x

Wow 2 stone thats amazing I did previously lose around 19 pounds before. The vodkas not the problem in my case lol its the coke gotta stay away from it .I will let you know how I get on thanks x

Also I forgot to say drink boiled water every morning with fresh lemon juice squeezed in it just 1 lemon and it's starts your body burning fat leave it about 30-40 mins before eating breakfast that's really helped me :)

I do drink lemon water but not with boiled water does it make a difference also I dribk it throughout the day with meals so ill try your idea of drinking it before meals thanks so much for the advice.
