Just about to start on my weight loss. I've actually got a bit tired of eating and drinking over Christmas so I'm looking forward to starting my diet on Monday. Wish me luck!

Good luck angelcow ! I know exactly what you mean about bored with all the xmas food, funny isn't it. I think I definitely ate less than I have in previous years, and next year I won't buy as much!

Yes, me too. Good luck for your weight loss. I have visitors today and I'm doing salmon as I can't face another Christmas lunch!! Never thought I'd say that.
