Hi, I am 45 years of age. I weigh 60 kilos with my 5 feet height. It is so embarrassing that I am very much restricted in my daily movements. Suffering from PCOS and having no kids, I am currently wearing a progesterone releasing device in my womb to prevent heavy vaginal bleeding (PMS).
I want to lose 12 kilos to feel good and healthy. Though I have started many healthy diets and work out plans, after one or 2 weeks, I lose will power.
Please help me to build up my will power.
