Hi, did you dilute the apple cider vinegar in a big glass of water? Otherwise drinking it neat is not good for your teeth enamel.
Not sure how good it is for loosing weight, if you’re drinking it before eating, it’s the water that’s fills you up & so you eat less.

Glucose Goddess says to dilute tablespoon in glass of water I think 10 minutes before you eat it reduces the sugar spike I think so reducing cravings when you crash. I have a bottle on my table and keep forgetting to drink it 😁
I start my lunch with a green salad, liberaly drizzled with a vinaigrette I make with apple cider vinegar and a mixture of olive oil and sesame oil.
Like many things, apple cider vinegar was initially repulsive and then I can to love the taste. But, quality definitely matters - cheap apple cider vinegar should be avoided especially if you are drinking straight or with added water.
I don't use it for weight loss but I take apple cider vinegar gummies for leg cramps (I've been getting leg cramps all my life) and they work well for that.
I will say that since I've been using them consistently (2-3 times/day, depending on the brand) the last couple of weeks, that I've noticed fewer cravings, especially for sweets.
My first drink of the day is Apple Cider Vinegar with lemon juice. A tablespoon of each with hot water in a mug. It's supposed to help with metabolism. Who knows but it's something I do now as part of my daily routine.
