You may be surprised at the granola. I thought it was totally healthy. You get a bigger quantity eating other healthy cereals. The granola is very moreish in my opinion.
It was double calories of yesterday's breakfast but so worth it lol x
Well done you, that's fabulous. I managed to resist choc biscuits today so that's progress for me. x
Hi I am also day 2 had crumpets with fruit and Greek yog for breakfast,cottage cheese deli with salad and banana for lunch then unexpectantly went to pub for dinner had chilli will have to try better tomorrow using my fitness pal to keep track and hairy dieters cookbook
