Hi

Meals today

Granola and semi skimmed milk 45 g

Chicken and veg for lunch

Cherries

Chicken stir fry

Quavers later

Left food at every meal granted breakfast was a spoonful

Water and squash

I'm determined

Tomorrows meals planed

You may be surprised at the granola. I thought it was totally healthy. You get a bigger quantity eating other healthy cereals. The granola is very moreish in my opinion.

That's good just take it one day at a time I know there's biscuits tomorrow at work so I've packed a pink and white snack so I won't feel completely deprived

Hi I am also day 2 had crumpets with fruit and Greek yog for breakfast,cottage cheese deli with salad and banana for lunch then unexpectantly went to pub for dinner had chilli will have to try better tomorrow using my fitness pal to keep track and hairy dieters cookbook
