Hi all. I’ve tried my best this week, watching everything I’ve eaten, saying no to things. But enjoyed trying different things and having breakfast. Eg. Beans on Brown toast, fruit salad with Greek yog for breakfast, eg. potato salad for lunch, Or wrap, eg pasta bake, salmon, pork, chicken with left over to lunch with new pots and plenty veg for my meals. And of course, exercise.
I’ve lost 2lb this week, now 9st 2! 😊
