Sounds like you've taken the decision to change, good for you😃. If get the urge to nibble have a think about some low cal stuff you could have I'm a big fan of sugar free jelly or a sIice of pineapple, I buy a tin and have one ring chopped.
I also like carrot and celery sticks or pickled onions, sometimes a bit of sweet or savoury just saves the day😃

I did the same! Went to the cupboard and chucked out all the sweet, sugary things. Even gave away the box of chocolates someone had kindly just given me! Now I simply don't buy biscuits, cakes, chocolate - if it's not here, I can't eat it (yes, I am a weak willed slob!! Well, maybe not a slob...!) If I have to nibble I have an apple or orange. Very best of luck to you - to all of us. And the sun is even shining today - forgotten what that looks like!
I too have a lot of weight to lose, so you're not alone. You've made an excellent start getting rid of all the chock and biscuits.
