I am very pleased today ,after spending some time searching for keys this morning I de used to go out running .having not done any for a while I soon realised how unfit I am.went out for about 50 plus minutes.i am pleased I made the effort.g going out later for a walk .good luck for tomorrow's weigh in.

Well done! Its amazing how a bit of exercise makes you feel better, hope your efforts pay off on the scales for you too.
