I need to loose 3 stones in 3 months my main problems is my tummy can you help???????????????

Hi Ladyannette,

I've just replied to you in another thread. I've just seen this post now - I would say it's a lot of weight to try to lose in that time. The NHS 12 week plan is good, but essentially it is for losing approx half a pound to 2 pounds per week - on average - although people can lose more in the first couple of weeks due to losing water weight etc. But in 3 months you could potentially lose a couple of stone?

It's not an exact science of course, everyone is different - I can see you're attending a Wedding - is it your Wedding? Congratulations if it is.

Anyway, I would still recommend the NHS 12 week plan as a healthy plan - and I am sure you could make some good progress in that time, but it might be a bit ambitious to lose so much.

All exercise will help Annette, but specifically those designed to strengthen the core. You can find heaps online, you just need to choose what's best for you.

I've found that running has helped to decrease my waist, so maybe you'd like to join gareth0073 's Couch to 5K challenge?
