I am very bad at dieting but really want to loose 2/3 stone before the summer is it possible if so how could I do it?

Think positive = successful weight-loss

Believe in yourself, look at is as a healthy lifestyle change rather then a diet. Changing those bad habits you may have into healthier ones so be a permanent one and not a temporary one if you want to ensure the weight stays off.

Totally agree with stephb post make lifestyle changes,little steps, look at it as healthy eating and not a diet

follow the nhs 12 plan to the letter and you should defo see results. Make those all important changes today for a better tomorrow :-)

You can lose 2/3 stone by the summer with the changes suggested in the plan best of luck on your journey
