Hi, thank you for your kind words!

I previously had a job which was at a desk, and it wasn't helping anything at all. So I decided to opt for a more active job (retail in my case) which involved being on my feet for hours in the day. I wasn't intending on losing weight at first, but when I saw the scales go down it motivated me to change my diet to help it even further.

Heh, I am currently working in a charity shop in my spare time in order to get retail experience for the same reason. Desk jobs are killing us!
