incentive to loose weight.

Just thought I would post one of my incentives to loose weight something one of you lovely people on here suggested. Started with a full jar £1 coins (63 = 4st 7lbs ) I actually would like to lose 85lbs but all those coins wouldn't fit so phase 1, loose 41/2 stone depending on how i feel I may give it a rest then or carry on for the remaining 22lb I will see. In 5 weeks I have managed to move 14 of the blighters into the other jar so 1 stone gone. Oh dear only another 49 to go! still that £63 will buy me something very nice to remember my journey. Onwards and downwards keep it sunny side up even though it's raining cats and dogs here.💦🐱💦🐶 Bev

Clever idea! And then once they are all in the other jar you can spend it on new clothes to fit!
