How to regain weight? I lost more than 70 lbs being sick with GERD diagnosed as Adencarcenoma with signet cell Cancer. it's an inflamation in my lower esophagus and upper stomach. I did an endoscopy ultrasound. it looks like wounds? The Upper Stomach is a mass now 5 inches. I am doing Chemotherapy with Taxol-Cyramza. i also did a radiation treatment. The Doctor said you can only do so much so that's finished. An operation was ruled out by Stony Brook Cancer Center Surgeon.
Do you have any ideas for this? i am located on Bay Shore, LI NY USA. I'm looking for online friends. for advice and other information.
Thank you.

I'm so sorry you're having to deal with such a horrible thing. I'd love to be able to help you out, but we're a community of non-medical people, with little, or no knowledge of what you're experiencing. The best I could come up with for you, was another community with possibly a better idea of your condition

Hi David, I'm so sorry to hear that you've had a rough time of it lately... It's good that you're able to talk about it and you're looking for on-line friends for support! Consider me a new friend. I'm going to read up about this condition to be able to be of some sort of support!
Hi David, Beautiful photo - and you show the forest as a great resource at hand. Do you live near the woods? Can you be out of doors, exploring the forest daily? I find walking/being in the forest (live 20 minutes walk from a huge national forest) every day to be my main occupation nowadays. Am very sorry to read about the condition you have. Your photographic eye shows that you are using Nature as a healing force. I would definitely continue on this path, and concentrate on building strength. Some alternative medical treatments might be a complement to re-gaining your vigor. Wishing you a positive change. And a steady build up of weight and strength.
