I am sorry to hear what you are going through. I wish I knew the answers to your questions, but I don't, and I suspect that within our Weight Loss NHS community we are not well-equipped to help you, as this community is somewhere that has non-medical people who are trying to lose weight, and therefore we don't have any medical advice or expertise to offer to your specific condition and needs.
I do know there is another community that might be helpful to you:
I would like to wish you well, and I'm sorry I can't offer you any more suggestions, but I hope you find some support, and I would like to wish you all the best, especially with your meeting with your surgeon on 8th June.
We are mainly based in the UK on this community, so it's also difficult to know of supportive facilities as alternatives, but maybe the Opacharliescircle community might be able to suggest something?
Wishing you the best, and sorry I can't be of further help.
Hi David, you must try Essiac, a Canadian herbal remedy, only available in Canada. A friend's relative who was diagnosed with cancer and was undergoing all radio and chemotherapy also started taking this herbal medicine. I understand the cancer slowly shrivelled up. I must pass your info on to my friend who lives in Canada. God bless you
Hi David, so sorry to hear what is happening to you however I suggest you are in the wrong community for some help. My advice would be to join the Oesophageal patients Association Community, I am sure you will find other people in the same situation as you are. On a personal level my brother in law was diagnosed with Oesophageal cancer in January of last year it was in his stomach too. He was given several months of Chemo followed by major surgery last August, when the surgeon managed to remove the tumours. Although his stomach is now only half the size and his oesophagus is affected he is now a picture of health, has put some weight back on and is back to full fitness, he walks 5 miles every morning, is eating more or less normally, he also can still down a few pints. Hope I have helped a little and wish you all the luck in the world. x
Really sorry to hear what you're going through but I've recently heard that there was a fruit doing miracles with cancer!: it's called graviola and it can apparently cure completely lots of sortis of cancers. So may be it's worth it giving it a try!
It grows in the Amazon rainforest but you can find it in some fruit shops.
