I've had a bad end to last week, and a bad start to this week - and i've only just begun week 2 of my 12 week plan so feeling pretty low!
It started on saturday where I went bridesmaid dress shopping as its my sisters wedding in June, we went for lunch and I had a beef burger with salad and fries. Saturday evening I went for a family meal and we went out for a curry - I had a chicken tikka main, salad and rice (rather than a curry) with poppodoms, onions and sauce for starter. Yesterday (Sunday) I had 3 homemade pancakes with lemon juice and sugar for breakfast, a crispy breaded chicken wrap with mayo and chips for lunch, and homemade spag bol with cheese for dinner. Bad end to week 1 hey?!
Then today - I haven't got around to doing my food shopping for the week yet which I think made things worse as I had 2 pieces of white toast with butter for breakfast, and 3 rashers of smoked bacon with scrambled eggs for lunch.
I don't own a pair of bathrooms scales at my home, or a tape measure - probably a good thing right now!
Just need a kick start again. Going food shopping this afternoon to hopefully get the ball rolling.
All in all feeling quite disappointed.
I hope you are all having a great start to your week!

Try not to feel too disappointed, you can easily put anything you don't like behind you and move forward with fresh optimism, and you can also learn to change the things you disliked about the food choices you made over the weekend.
My advice would be to select carefully when you food shop this afternoon. Maybe sit down beforehand and decide what you would like to eat over a prescribed period of time (i.e. maybe till your next food shop) and then buy accordingly - that way you'll hopefully buy the things you're planning to use in your meals and snacks, and you won't buy extra things that could serve as temptations.
Try to make the healthy choices according to your personal preferences, and I hope you have a better week ahead.
We all have challenging weeks, and days when things don't go as we'd like them to go.
Don't be hard on yourself, try to focus on the rest of the day and how you can improve things so you feel better in yourself.
Thank you so much Moreless and Low Cal you really boosted my mood.
I planned meals for the week, went food shopping and AVOIDED temptation!!
I found some under 100kcal snacks - just incase I feel the need for something sweet inbetween meals.
For dinner this evening, I found a lovely Chilli Chicken Ramen Rice Noodle Pot which is under 300kcals - for me this is sent from heaven as i LOVE oriental food and it is so full of flavour and has really filled me up. They are a new range in Asda, with many different noodles, rice, and flavours - it only cost me £1.25! which as a student is also ideal!
Thank you so much again - I knew that If I posted on here I would get an immediate confident and inspiration boost because of your replies.
Wow, that sounds a bit of a blow out weekend Olive but you have come clean and confessed on here Great advice to follow from moreless and lowcal as usual so a new week now and onwards and downwards !
