Started the diet on Monday and it's gone well this week, stuck to my calories and done lots of walking, but now its the week end! This is when I usually have nice treats and indulge myself.... however, done some food shopping already and have planned a curry for Saturday night and a slow cooked chicken with vegetables on Sunday so hopefull will stick to it! Looking forward to my weigh in on Monday, hoping to have lost a few pounds. Have a good week end everyone!

The weekend is also a good opportunity to burn a few more calories - particularly if it involves some energetic hoovering, followed by some jogging up and down the stairs with your freshly laundered clothes and hopefully, you might even find time to get outside for a walk, jog or cycle ride too!
I find weekends are full of extra temptation, with my husband and kids at home munching all day long. I am on week 7 now and have learnt to ignore their eating as much as possible. Good to hear you have planned your meals and maybe you can do more walking over the weekend. I am sure you will have lost a few pounds by Monday. Have a good weekend
