wow is 03:13 . Waiting for the bus to go to work , sometimes this schedule makes me very tired . Anyway !
Yesterday I went out for lunch and I had salad with chicken and a small garlic bread + water of course ! Been walking only 5000 steps + 40 of dancing .
Soon I will have to start running , been keeping an eye on my calories , I will see how the end of the week will look like for me !
I will leave here a pic of my breakfast for 3 days , each box has 469cals and contains a chicken and turkey breast sandwich , 1 tomato , some cucumber + 1 nectarine . Everything together cost me around 5£ . I cannot buy food at work as it is very expensive and I work in an airport where even the air feels expensive and for sure I know what my sandwiches contain !

Well done for being so organised that you got three days of breakfast sorted out like that. I don't think I would be able to do much at 3 o'clock in the morning.
Belive me Iben , I do it in my last day off then when I have the transition from morning shift to late one , I cook dinner+lunch as I'm at work around the hours of dinner&lunch !
Another early bird! I've already been out for my morning run and have a pot of soup on. These are the best hours of the day, it seems a shame to waste them by sleeping!

hey RoxiGoesSkinny that looks like a wonderful meal! my lunch consists of celery and carrots and I hate celery. I am thinking that perhaps I should go more on lunch and much less on dinner. I get home from work hungry as a bear and eat too much. my calories are not too bad, but they could be better. I am still losing weight, but I think if I did it more like you do I could do better. you are so smart to pack your own! not only is airport food expensive, I bet it is not nearly as good for you as what you pack yourself. keep it up! looks like you got it going on!
I take it you are inside during the daylight hours? If so it is probably worth getting your vitamin D checked. This could be the cause of your tiredness. Sunshine through glass does not work.
This looks lovely RoxiGoesSkinny, I can't think how you need to lose weight when you're obviously so organised. I did quite well on my first day, back on Week 1.
I'd love to see you dancing all around the airport, you sound such a lovely person and bet you are really good fun to work with.
