After yesterday's blip, today has been a good one. πππ My second successful fast day this week, coming in just under 500 cal. Blueberries and strawberries for breakfast, homemade butternut squash soup for lunch and Hairy Dieters chicken ProvenΓ§al for dinner. Feeling positive again!

Followed the recipe to the letter. Made with chicken thighs. 282 calories, so also had some broccoli and cauliflower. Yummy! Can recommend the Hairy Bikers Dieters book π¨βπ³

Hairy Dieters, I read some reviews and said you need a slow cooker or pressure cooker. Is that true? I'd also recommend Jamie superfood!
I've not got a slow cooker. But I like be the .Hairy .Dieters book. Real delicious food, calorie counted.

I won't starve! I'm doing 5:2, strictly according to Michael Mosely. Tomorrow will be back to normal.
well done you! That's brilliant. Very very restrained! I don't know what I have been doing wrong today, but I have eaten a mini box of chocolates, 2 jaffa cakes, 10 pretzels and 2 skinny instant hot chocolates. Somehow still within my 1400 daily kcal, but still a stupidly bingey sweet tooth!! Agh! Hope I can be as good as you tomorrow!
