I bought the diet plate and bowl but sorry to say I found it a bit complicated so have never used it. Could be that I just didn't read the instructions properly though? I mean, how hard can it be?!?! But I am a bit of a plank. 😊
What is a diet plate? Three compartments : Large space for veges, small space for carbs, small space for meat or fish?
My sister has bought me one and I have lost 4lb just goes to show that I was overloading portions
Can't you just paint your own? Perhaps nail varnish would work. Maybe don't microwave the plate!
