The diet plate

Evening, losing the will to live as I'm eating healthy, exercise too but weight staying the same so I'm buying the diet plate, anybody had good results with this?

I bought the diet plate and bowl but sorry to say I found it a bit complicated so have never used it. Could be that I just didn't read the instructions properly though? I mean, how hard can it be?!?! But I am a bit of a plank. 😊

What is a diet plate? Three compartments : Large space for veges, small space for carbs, small space for meat or fish?

Can't you just paint your own? Perhaps nail varnish would work. Maybe don't microwave the plate!
