As I expected, my main problem was portion control. I havent bought any special food and I even went out to Pizza Express with my husband and had a brilliant superfood salad within the calories recommended.

Yeah well done! Fantastic weight loss for your first week. In week 2 of the 12 week plan it starts to introduce more exercise, so good luck with that

As for exercise I listen to a podcast which recommend doing HIIT- High Intensity Interval Training. Basically its go fast, then slow, then fast - apparently it helps to get your fat burning hormones revved up and as they say even if your someone who can only walk from one bench in the park to the next before you need to sit down that still counts
