Firstly, I would like to thank everyone on here for important tips and support on my journey.
I still have a ways to go. I never weighed myself in my first picture. I was ashamed of myself when I saw it. I needed to take action on my way of living. My food my activities everything that made me the person I didn't like in the picture.
My first step was to find an activity I loved. It is rowing. Second, look at what I was consuming and change it. Health Unlocked came with very important information on my daily life.
My New Year's resolution is to aim for at least 1 more stone and reassess what is comfortable for me.
My other resolution is to accomplish a 5k run for Dementia.(I lost my mama to Dementia and used to do memory walks. This time around I would like to do a 5k run for Dementia).
I know I'll face bumps along the way as I did this past weeks with my husband falling ill. Life doesn't run smoothly. (We found out he has diabetes type 2 as with high blood pressure). I'll do my research and change of diet to help him.
I'm trying to keep my goals realistic to achieve. Nothing worse for aiming the impossible.
Good luck everyone.
PS: loved my power toning class today. Signed up for next Saturday
