Try a little mince, Quorn if possible, passata, peppers, onions, sainsburys chilli black pepper seasoning, and shave a sweet potato over the top, bake for about 45 mins, such warming comfort food, yum!!! Xxx

That sounds delicious, but as I am not a quorn fan, I would substitute it with lentils or beans - yum! Oh, and a light sprinkling of nutritional yeast on top of the sweet potatoes would be nice too.
