so north of twenty stone going to eat loosely on the 16:8 plan
The last week or so I’ve been taking a salad to work as in tuna or prawns , peppers , sweetcorn , cucumber, cannellini beans and plenty of low fat mayo. Works out about 500 calories. Then maybe having some toast when I get in . I drink plenty of coffee tho . With milk and sugar 😄
anyway first week lost four pounds and I don’t feel too deprived
