so north of twenty stone going to eat loosely on the 16:8 plan
The last week or so I’ve been taking a salad to work as in tuna or prawns , peppers , sweetcorn , cucumber, cannellini beans and plenty of low fat mayo. Works out about 500 calories. Then maybe having some toast when I get in . I drink plenty of coffee tho . With milk and sugar 😄
anyway first week lost four pounds and I don’t feel too deprived

Your idea of taking a packed lunch to work is a very good start, as is the 16:8 eating window. Well done for losing those 4lbs
I'm a little concerned that you eat toast when you get in, that doesn't sound either healthy or sustainable. I suggest that you prepare something for when you get home. I hope you join the Daily Diary, there's lots of delicious ideas there.
When you have decided your “weigh in day”, join one of the weekly weigh ins too.
As you mention counting calories please run your data through the NHS site, to calculate your BMI (Body Mass Indicator) and with that obtain your daily calorie allowance.
