I think somewhere you are going wrong, too large portions or too much booze, only you know

Absolutely. I will try weighing my food and I don't drink more than a glass at a time. I kickbox everyday and walk too but have recently started taking an anti inflammatory called Naproxen and since then I seem to be retaining so much fluid. Thank you for your reply.

HI Angela, always great to see someone new and esp. someone else with a Fitbit.

Have you tried the myfitnesspal app? It interfaces directly to your fit bit so it can take into account your activity and adjust calories accordingly.

Very easy to log food with it - I decided awhile ago that calorie tracking was too much of a hassle but the MFP app makes it really easy.
