I have lost 4 pounds in 2weeks am going on my 3rd week hoping to loss 2pounds .I wanna loss 88lbs in six months

Congratulations for the 4lbs you've already lost, but I think you're being just a tad over ambitions wanting to lose 88lbs in 6 months. You would need a weekly average weight loss of just about 3.4lbs, which you didn't manage in your first 2 weeks.

A quick fix diet will lead to a quick gain, what you need is a sensible, healthy and sustainable weight loss plan. Have a look at the NHS 12 week plan and see of that's something you'd like to try.

Good for you, I'm sure you'll find it easy to follow and it will probably afford you at least the results you're enjoying currently :)

Hello there and well done on losing 4lbs in 2 weeks. I've read what Moreless said and I wholeheartedly agree. If you set your goals too high and don't achieve at least 3lbs every week you could become disheartened and give up. Much better to have a more realistic goal and then possibly do better than planned! A quick fix rarely lasts.

Keep going. Well done on the weight loss. Sadly for all of slowly lost is better and I so wish that was not the truth.
