Hi All the weeks are flashing past us and another weight loss to note, I have gone from 16st 4lb to 16st 1lb, that means I have reached my goal of 3lbs for the week. I have overall gone from a BMI of 42 (17st 7lb) to BMI of 38.6. 20lb altogether yay! I have done a couple of walks, but the weather isn't exactly friendly so I have not been out as much. I have been very good during the week and had the odd treat over the weekend including a typical Italian dish for lunch yesterday which my Italian who lives in Australia friend told me about the same day, and it was scrummy. I am cooking a nutritious low cal meal tonight of spicy low cal turkey balls and black beans, never tried before so should be interesting.
My weight loss goal for the week ahead is to lose another 2-3 lbs getting me into the 15 stone bracket, that would be great and perhaps research some indoor activities, see if I can find anything I want to do. Wishing you all fantastic weeks ahead. All the best. JP.

Sounds like you're on a food odyssey. The challenge of cooking low cal healthier meals seems to be expanding horizons At one point I remember going to veg shops and buying at least one thing I hadn't tried before. Keeps things interesting Good luck for another excellent week
