How did you lose weight, and what are your plans for maintenance?
Portion control only
I eat what I like but I have small meals small portions ( my stomach have shrunk and I’m now unable to eat lots ) and also in last 3 weeks I started to run I’m doing couch to 5k program
Forgot to say
I don’t eat sweet staff like cakes and biscuits
Great... Weight loss does not have to be complicated!
I lost weight by cutting out most grains and carbohydrate, and eating fewer meals... fasting 14:00 to 10:00. See:
