What are the best Rice cakes to eat ?
Should I go for be good to yourself ones ? And does anyone know the calories?

They all range btwn about 27-35 cals, there's not much in it. Just get the ones you fancy. I like plain or with sesame, but can't have them too often, they get a bit cardboardy after a while. I'm really into oatcakes though e.g. Nairns or Tesco do their own. They look smaller but I find them more filling, about 56cal per oatcake, so I'll have about 4 or 6 with hummous, some leftover roast veg and salad, makes a great lunch

Eaten lads in my time, the chunky ones are best, I hate corn, so avoid at all costs! Use rice flour instead of cornflour too
I didn't used to like them but now I think they are great when you need a little snack to perk you up. I like the marmite ones and the caramel ones are good too. I put houmous on the plain ones. My Labrador likes them too!! But he will eat anything.
Sadly no cats anymore ahhh....I keep giving the birds anything I shouldn't eat but they don't like spicy baked wedges!
