New to site need to lose baby weight and more!
Welcome! Lots of great folk here to guide and support you, I hope you choose the right plan for you.
It's tough to start with any new diet plan ( lifestyle) , stick with it, and come here for encouragement and wobbles xx
Huge best wishes for your exciting new plans. Everyone will be rooting for you, specially me as I had a similar pregnancy experience, though 12 years ago now... thinks: why haven't I lost that baby weight yet?!?!
Don't forget that you are doing the most important job of your life and you have recently had major surgery. And that your baby thinks you are the most beautiful and comforting person in the entire world.
Having a baby seems to be a great trigger for people to rethink their lifestyle and want to adopt healthy approaches to be a good role model. You baby's need for you will help you find better, sustainable, affordable ways to build positive habits and enjoy your life... so not signing up for and expensive gym membership but using a sling and getting out for a daily walk for example, sometimes just the two of you, other times with friends.
I have one particular suggestion: avoid celebrity news or if you are addicted, remember photoshop and remember armies of personal assistants.
Hey Hannah, welcome to the forum...good luck for the coming week! And congratulations on your little bundle of joy!
Glad to hear you are feeling better. Remember that you need a great deal of energy to look after a baby, so perhaps concentrate on healthy eating rather than 'dieting'. Give yourself time to lose the weight.
Enjoy your time with your baby, it can be very tiring, but as GoogleMe has said, it is the most important job you can do.
Good luck Hannah.
Hi congratulations on baby but baby steps for you to don't look a stones a few pound a week wheeling that beautiful baby about while weather good will all help good luck
