Welcome, I hope you find what you need in this community. Start by dowloading an app on your phone to keep track of calories (Fat Secret, My Fitness Pal...), it's a great aid! Good luck!
I think if you are breastfeeding then you ought to talk to your doctor.
Change what you are eating rather than the amount so if you want to eat all the time instead of chocolate and pizza eat lots of fruit and veg and wholemeal grains.
Good luck!
Hopefully you will find the support and motivation here that i have found. Check with your gp as to what calorie limit would be best for you as you are still breast feeding and download the nhs 12 week plan its a great starting block to get you going. With the weather getting nice lots of excuses to go for walks with baby in the push chair to get active. All the best
Please don't go on any fancy diets as you are breastfeeding. You have to eat healthy and regularly. The NHS weight loss program will teach you good and healthy eating habits. You have to make sure your bub gets all the right stuff. Counting calories and having regular healthy meals will get you there. If you form good eating habits it will last you forever. Don't binge, don't starve. Take it easy, small goals at a time are easy to reach. You can do it.
