Lately I have been feeling really tired through out the day, especially in the afternoon, so i would have coffee and I dont think that really helps. I have coffee 2 or 3 times a day. But I am sick and tired of feeling tired during the day, I feel like i have no energy left in me.

Hi, r u eating enough in the mornings to see you though the day ? I no expert but find if I don't balance my diet I get really tired. Try drinking more plain water. Being dehydrated can make you tired.
Today I had toast and banana for breakfast. Lunch I had 2 x boiled eggs on rivaita with a couple of slices of salami, rocket, cucumber and cherry tomatoes. Followed by pomegranate seeds. Mid afternoon a apple. Dinner chicken breast, broccoli, sweet corn, carrots, 2x Yorkshire puddings, and 3 roast potatoes ( dinner to big couldn't finish it) evening treat mug of low fat hot chocolate-40 calories.
Now after eating that I know tomorrow I will wake up feeling great.
Google what foods give you more energy, see with you like and try and incorporate into your diet. If that fails to give you more energy pop along to see your gp to make sure there is no underplaying issues.
Also I got really tired at the beginning whilst my body adjusted to the new diet. Think I had been so high on sugar and junk food for soo long that I was in some sort of shock lol.
Good luck
Hi - you're not alone on this one. As mentioned your diet can definitely play a huge role but so can many other things. I'd go to your Health practitioner and get some tests done first - thyroid, Vitamin D & iron levels, CRP, etc as this may help with a starting point. Then definitely look at eliminating some key problem foods for many people for a couple of weeks: Gluten containing foods, dairy, all processed foods, eggs. See how you feel after 2 weeks and gradually re introduce foods one at a time to see if you can find a trigger.
Obviously sleep is a biggy, as is mental energy being drained from things as relationships and really not enjoying your work which will take a toll on your adrenals. Then there are some other trickier factors such as mould exposure in your home or work environment. Hope this gives you some further ideas to investigate and that you soon find your energy returning!
