Well I ended up very tired today because of work and of course yesterday's long cycling ride and hard core gardening.
I ended up having a midnight snack last night which included my breakfast and a cheese sandwich.
For lunch I had cheese and chilli sandwich with mayo which kind of went on together.
My dinner was 1 jacket potato 🥔 6 fish fingers and peas I only had a little cheese and butter on.
But after work I had a red bull to give me the energy to head out and go for one of my power walks maybe I may feel less tired if I get up and go as soon as possible this should put me on track for 12-13k steps today.
Motivation is needed and I welcome any support or comments on how I am feeling right now. I guess I feel low and need to walk off my Monday blues.

I suggest you take your menu plans and log them on the Daily Diary, SS. Your 'go to' foods are carbs and the more you eat, the more you'll want.
Rather than drinking Red Bull for a quick fix, you'd be better eating satiating meals, that will keep your energy levels steady, rather than wildly fluctuating blood sugar, highs and lows.
Thanks bud I think olives will be the answer here.... to be honest. but I am on a budget this week. I think it's because I pushed myself to finish my work today and now at this moment in time I am out on my walk hopefully power walking off the sugar from my red bull. Feel more awak 2/3rds into my walk than at the start.
Ahh thanks for the added comment concerned. The only reason I have red bull in the house was mainly because I thought it was low in sugar I am wrong so will be taking that on board for future shops
Keep going Silver Speed you’re doing great. Everyone has days when they can feel low but keep going and think about how much healthier you will be. A healthier lifestyle is the way ahead and you will do it
I had some late night sweets last night too but not too many. Don't beat yourself up - you're doing loads of exercise and made LOADS of changes to your lifestyle. A tiny slip up now and again is normal. Think of the huge changes you've made already! On ya feet soldier!
Do you think your drinking enough? I always underestimate how much fluid I need and when I get dehydrated I feel just how you are describing, well done for going on your walk, I'm supposed to be swimming tonight but I see the hubby is getting into the wine so I will be going alone if I can muster the energy !
You can do it dizzykate I felt like rubbish earlier but feel so much better now I am here and cracking at it. I think I am not drinking enough water but mainly because my urine looks like cider so I need to drink more water during the day.
