That would be pure madness - unless you do it followed by a medical team! 2 stone in 3 weeks is far too much! 1 lb a week it is the healthy amount. Usually one loses more the first couple of weeks, but it depends from the initial weight.
The NHS plan is far more sensible, and even more, it is a longterm change.
Hi, you can't possibly lose that amount of weight safely. If you have been told by a medical professional to lose that amount of weight then they would be helping you. You can only consider this amount of loss with a lot of medical support and even then I doubt it could be done.
You could however lose half a stone in this time if you start cutting back and taking more exercise. Look online to see how many calories you need to eat per day to lose weight based on your weight and height and that should see you making steady progress.
Better to gradually lose weight following sensible lifestyle plans than crash dieting and giving up after a week.

I agree with the others... 2 stone in 3 weeks is not possible under normal circumstances and is not advisable. Set yourself a realistic overall target and then small realistic goals towards that. The advised amount is about 1-2 lbs a week. That said, I did lose a stone in a month by cutting way down on carbs (only have carbs in porridge and fruit and veg now), not snacking and out junk. I eat a load of veg and fish/ quorn, eggs and some cheese. Don't do anything drastic - just make sensible changes to your eating and the weight will come off - steadily. Good luck
You can't lose 2 stone in 3 weeks you will make yourself ill trying. Half a stone is realistic if you haven't dieted before and it sounds like you haven't you might lose 10lb in that time if you stick at about 1250 calories. It won't be easy but if you go lower than that you run the risk of your body deciding not to let go of the weight because you aren't eating enough and if you try to exercise it off you run the risk of building muscle which weighs more than fat. Do some exercise but don't go mad, it won't help. Eat a balanced diet and accept that you left it too late to get it all off. If you haven't been eating much in the run up to this you might find that half a stone is a bit ambitious.
Work on finding clothes that suit you and make you feel good and just do the best you can in such a short time
