How is everyone's day going so far?

Hi Av28. I'm feeling annoyed that I can't go walking due to my stupid knee. It means I can't have any slip ups so I'm being extra careful not to go over 1,500 calories. I can manage to do some gardening but it looks like the weather is going to change.

Same old same old...this is my favourite part of the day as it's almost DINNER time!

I have resisted day (what feels like a million) 5 of cakes and sweets in work. Ok I took a sweet drumstick lolly, well 2 actually, but only eaten one Out for a walk in a mo using my new GPS watch - exciting! So an ok day for me. Hope you're having a good day.
