Hi there, and welcome 😊 you have found a lovely group of supportive people with lots to advice and ideas! First of all, well done for increasing your activity, walking is great and will improve your health massively! It's hard to comment on why you may not be losing weight as you haven't said what plan you are on? Have you tried using an app such as my fitness pal to see how many calories you are consuming and where you could cut down?

You sound as though you have a positive attitude though, sticking to something for three months is dedication, especially if you are not seeing the results you want!

Best of luck 🌸

No I haven't there's a little square at the beginning of the post but can't see a picture! What is it of?

Sounds like you have made a good start in doing the right things! There's lots of good information in the NHS 12 week plan pack. Are you paying attention to your portion sizes?

Is the medication a laxative or is it meant to help with the weight loss? If you have problems in that department, I've found linseed to be successful if taken everyday, just a tbspn and I mix it in with a bit of yoghurt to make it more palatable.🌼

Oh I see, I don't really know much about them, don't they stop you absorbing fat or something? I want to be able to see it, that's a great motivator! I have taken some pics so I have 'before' ones ready, and can compare how I've changed. But I haven't shown anyone lol! 🌸

The NHS program has a cake recipe made with lots of bran and fruits and I can assure you, you will not need those little tablets. We make that cake in small muffin portions for snacks. They are delicious, fill you up and get you going.

You've already made some good changes. The people who lose weight are the ones who count their calories and don't ban a food from their diet. They never go mad and binge because they don't feel deprived. Eat every food stuff, count the calories for this period of weight loss, and if you feel your will power needs a boost imagine stepping off the scales next week with a big grin on your face! I find that little image helps me no end.

I wish you every success.

Hey :) Its good you are eating more fruit and veg, that is a change I have made! Don't be disheartened everyone here will support you through your journey! Have you tired uaing the tape measure to see if you are loosing any inches? Sometimes you do not loose weight but actually loose inches off your body...strange!

Also if you are doing exercise, muscle weighs more that fat so that could also be a reason for the no change on the scales!

Keep persevering try downloading the app myfitnesspal. Its great to help with logging exactly what you eat and will tell you how much you should be eating!

Good luck!
