Hi I’ve really put on weight during lockdown and was already overweight. So started walking to get me going. I’ve decided to look at my diet and am trying to eat healthy.

Walking is really good exercise and getting out in the fresh air has many benefits :)

Now for the healthy eating part :) You will find lots of information on the forum :)

Welcome and good luck with your progress. Lots of help on here, as pointed out by lucigret , and take it a step at a time.

A slower, steady weightloss is more likely to stay off longterm.😊

Thanks everyone. Had a bad day yesterday’s as it was my mum and dad’s anniversary. Was really hard emotionally being the first since we lost my dad through covid. Will go back to gym on the mornings.
