i brisk walk is out for me but i did go out with daughter for a stroll and i enjoyed the time out . iv lost 2lb so far this week im in a good place now the calories counting was getting me down but im through that now and back on track. good luck to you and thanks for your reply.
Sorry to here you have been unwell and that you have had a bad week hope you feel better soon but don't let the down days bring you down thing off the good days and give your self a motivation boost my be get a new out fit but in the size you want to get to or put a picture of a holiday destination that you would like to go when you have reached iv a pic of my kids and husband and iv picked our favourite family holiday destination and a swimming costume I want to be in there my motivation my friend has a pic of her on the fridge when she was at here biggest and it works for her
thanks for your advice i did go out with daughter and got new clothes it was great my jeans were falling of me i got a new pair and new shorts im getting back on track now lost 2lb so far again.
