This week i have lost 5lb, i am beyond thrilled and that brings my total to 2 stone in 10 weeks, that was my goal for feb 25th so im well on my way. Need to readjust my goals i think.

I cant stop smiling what a great way to start the new year :-)

Hope you have all had a good week too

Wow! That's inspiring - well done! Are you doing the 12 week thing or something else?

Thank you 10 weeks ago i wouldnt of believed it would be possible.

Im doing the 12 week nhs plan. I eat between 1200-1400 cals a day and exercise when i can, normally step ups on the wii fit 10-30mins 3 times a week. And weights 3 times a week. I have a fitness tracker which counts my daily steps and distance so that motivates me daily

Wow - 5lb is great! I have slowed off a bit now, which I know is common and frustrating - but hope to increase the exercise now Christmas and New Year is done and dusted!

Well done - keep up the good work X

Thank you, i slowed over xmas too but at least i didnt gain. Good luck to you too

Hey well done! That's inspirational. I lost half a stone on the 5:2 in the month before Christmas. I only managed 6:1 over the last two weeks, and what with mince pies and Christmas cake and all the other yummy things, I know I could well have put most of that back on! I daren't weigh myself. But I am starting again on 5:2 from tomorrow, and I don't dread it at all. It seems so manageable. Well good luck to all anyway. X

Well done :-) That's brilliant. Keep up the good work.

It's my end of week 1 tomorrow and I'm hopeful despite a glitch early in the week.
