Sorry for late weigh-ins... family bereavement thrown me alittle.
Start weight Friday 5th October Week 1 - 14 stone 13lbs
Friday 12 October week 2 - 14 stone 7.5lbs (5.5lbs lost)
Friday 19 October week 3 - 14 stone 7lbs (0.5lb lost)
Friday 26 October week 4 - 14 stone 5lbs (2lbs lost)
Friday 2 November week 5 - 14 stone 5lbs STS - but luckily no gain - Stressful week with my Nan dying
Friday 9 November week 6 - 14 stone 2lbs (3lbs lost)
Total loss over 6 weeks 11lbs
Hope you all had good weights and well done on all those who lost week and sending a motivation lift for anyone who didn't lose this week... Also worth measuring inches from breast, waist and hips as sometimes if you do not lose on the scales you may lose girth etc instead which can also be motivating in its own right. Have a great week everyone.

I'm so sorry for your loss, never easy to cope with. Thoughts with you and your family and have a big hug. Although you won't have been focussed on your weight loss you've obviously still been making healthy choices so well done, for that and the loss, with all that has been going on.
I am sorry to hear you lost your Nan in March, thank you I am starting to remember funny times with her and starting to smile thanks for your support 🙂
Sorry to hear of the loss of your nan. It's always hard to lose someone close to you but you have done her proud by continuing to lose weight. I agree about the loss of girth. It feels so good to be able to fit into smaller sizes. But other things you notice too are like seat belts in aircraft and the tray going all way down for in-flight drinks.
Keep going and remember the happy times with your nan and think she would be encouraging you.
I'm so sorry to hear of your loss, it's truly heart breaking when we loose loved ones and my heart goes out to you, sending you a big virtual hug 🤗 well done on your weight loss despite what has happened, your nan would be so proud of you, so well done you.
