I'm 23 and over weight. I put on a stone and a half really quickly last year and am really struggling to get it off.
I've cut out all refined sugars and processed foods from my diet and I've been a vegetarian for years. I just can't seem to shift any of the pounds. I don't know what to do. I am really struggling to loose.
Does anyone have any advice?
Thanks x

Have you had a look at nhs 12 week plan, it can give you a starting point & something to focus on. I use my fitness pal to track my calories. I know how you feel I start off with good intentions then it all goes off track. I've decided to start c25k to give me something else to focus on as well as losing weight
I know many people who are vegetarian and fat, you need to start thinking about the calories you are eating. An app on your phone such as FatSecret will help you take control on your calorie intake.
Couch to 5k is a running program, you can download the podcasts for free on nhs website
It could be the type of things you are eating i.e. avacado is high in natural fats, an app to count your calories could help, i use myfitnesspal couldnt live without nowadays. Are you doing regular exercise? Its half the battle, even just walking everyday can help loads. Low impact exercises such as swimming can help too. Good luck
