Hi, I'm just shy of 18 stone. I have an Underactive thyroid and suspected sleep apnea. I have done the 12 week NHS program and am continuing to keep food diary but really struggling as have no energy to exercise. Can anyone please advise. Thank you

Hi Pebbles39 - I'm afraid I cant offer any suggestions regarding more energy - What I do know is walking really helps me ( I'm starting the NHS plan next Monday) . Once you start walking you do get more energy, however the hardest thing is that first step over the front door! Perhaps start by doing a 10 min walk a day ??

Good Luck:)

Have you asked on the Thyroid website?

Perhaps it may be helpful to change what you eat? This discussion is from the Thyoid site.

Hope you can find something that works for you.

It may also be a good idea to check out adrenal fatigue, and have a talk to your doctor about your tiredness.

I would see your GP. If you're eating right it won't be related to food.
