I just look on the packet food comes in but all you really need to do to loose that sort of weight is less amount of food on ur portions and do physical activities and it will soon come off

I haven't ever left a reply before, but here goes ! I have lost 4 stone using lita life. At first I was on meal replacements ie shakes and bars without alcohol or anything else for the first 3 months. I started mid September and to date am 56 lb less than when I started this journey. Now I maintain by using lita life only for 2 days a week and eat very sensibly the next 5. The secret for me is staying off carbs and reducing my alcohol intake to the odd prosecco or g &t's. I'm off on holiday at the end of Feb and for the first time in my life I've bought a bikini !! If I can do it then you can too if you seriously want to. I use a book called pocket calorie counter by Carolyn Humphries, got it online & it gives calories for portions of food. Also you can get calories of food on line as well. Good luck with your weight loss journey.

Yes it's free!! It has a massive data base of foods, but also had a barcode scanner so you can scan as you eat!! You can also log in exceris and your weight loss can be logged too!! Download & have a play with, even if it's not for you, it's not cost you anything x

I have got the my fitness app and loving! As it's got the calorie amounts for using the wifi fit so I've got it out from under the stairs......cheeky wii doesn't recognise me as it has been so long
