my height is 184 cm and my weight is 99kg. I have to reduce it to 70. please friends suggest a methord which can be implemented.

You can try dukan diet. It is amazing. But it is totaly impotant that you go for 20min exercise like pierre says in the book. Lost 9 kilos in 1 and half month ..... 3 years ago......never got it back!
