I am 33 and 15.5 lbs. I go to the gym 2 to 3 time a week but the weight is not going .I think i am a food acid.I can not control my portion size and i can not said no when people around me are eating junks. Please HELP!

We are like alcoholics, recovering not cured, you need to reeducate your taste buds, not easy do a small change rather than stoping altogether, e,g change mayo to light, then after a while trade to a light Greek yoghurt flavored with horseradish or tomato purée calorie savings will be immense, GOOD LUCK!
