I am a newby and need to lose 2 st. Am on mycophenolate, budesonide (steroid) and bp meds. Finding it difficult to lose weight :-(

I have autoimmune hepatitis which is a condition where my immune system attacks my liver. Do cycle and walk my dog but am continually tired.

It is a tough decision. In order to exercise I have had to cut out much of what little else I am able to do (not working anyway, reduced already very limited socialising) which is making for a very small life. I had hoped to improve my general functioning by doing more exercise but 2 years on that hope has not been realised

However, there is still satisfaction to be had from doing something about general health risks and having got down to a healthy BMI and staying there (could do to lose 10kgs more and not doing too well with that but still) Do congratulate yourself for what you do already.
