Late in filling in this week.
Bit disappointed this week after losing 3lb last week, although its wrong time of month so maybe that made a difference. Anyway it's still a loss so I shouldn't complain, just want to get below 15 st now xx

Hi there,it's always such a disappointment when you don't lose what you think that you should but hang on in there,if you are on your monthlys then this always makes a difference,take it from someone that's been on a diet all my life,i think it's when the weeks go by that you have to call on your reserves totry and remain strong and positive,the ways I'd look at it ifi was you was that the numbers on that scale are still going the right way and a pound is actually quite a lot so chin up and keep on going ,good luck x
