I havent posted for a while, nor have i been on here for quite some time!.
I want to say firstly, thankyou for all the support i am receiving from here. You are all so lovely!
So today it begins!!.
So far ive been cutting down my food intake, day by day ive been cutting down.
Ive had a few days where i thought id break from my urge to binge and i never did!.
I have currently sighned up for a weight loss club and im completly changing myself, in all good time. I currently have a friend helping me with my dieting and helping me with the right exercise.
Im currently walking for around 20 minutes and im building my exercising up gradually. I have now quit smoking and stopped ordering takeaways!.
I know i wont see a change immediatly, its going to take a while before i start seeing changes. But im getting there!
I currently weigh in at 372 lb and 6.4 oz.
This is a big leap for me as ive not done anything about my weight for a while, i feel like ive finally made that big step forward.
Ill be posting every week and letting everyone know how i am doing.
Any tips, exercising advicen and such will be appreiacted.

Hi, are you joining the Saturday weigh in? We would love to have you as part of our group? Good luck with you new healthy lifestyle. It isn't easy but you can do it!
In the first week you just give your starting weight then next week when you lost weight the loss counts for the whole group. Plus you can be part of the group and support each other. Have a look at the post, it's me hosting this week.
I'm am so glad you are still on track, you have made some real changes to your life and for that I congratulate you. You are absolutely right to make small steps towards change, Rome wasn't built in a day. 😀
If you need any help or have any questions please just ask. Also go and have a look at the Daily Diary if you need any advice about day-to-day eating and exercise. I started out just walking 10minutes twice a day and built up from there. 😀
Aww thank you Grannybwell I do try to be as positive as possible, although the www's will tell you I've had a few off days/weeks, you just have to pick yourself up and with all the support on here it's easy to keep smiling xx
I'm glad you've been able to battle your cravings. It will become a little easier to supress your cravings as you progress, or at least, it has been for me.
Yes, a gradual process is a lot better in my book, as these healthier choices may likely become habits for us. It's very difficult to adopt stark changes, and like you, I try to incorporate more walking into my daily routine.
You're going to save a lot of money now you won't be buying takeaways. It's shocking the amount of money I've blown on ordering takeaways online! lol.
I agree, this is a very big leap, but I sincerely believe it's the right one, and with dedication, you'll soon see the results you're in search for.
Your support network will help you immensely. I've been reading studies on weight loss and weight maintainance (proper, randomised ones, not the doomsday studies and stats reported by the mainstream media outlets), and they indicate that emotional support aids in weigt loss and weight maintainance.
That's a good idea. Please do visit a least once a week. Just visiting can be very motivating.
