Hi Lazydaysinmay,

Yes, I am pleased with my weight loss this week - I'm back below 14 stone again, which makes me very happy! Hopefully I can stay below it now - my goal weight is to be 12 stone 7 pounds, so still a long way to go - but at least I'm going in the right direction at the moment!

Have a great week.

Lowcal :-)

Well done you! I am aiming for 10st so likewise have a long way to go. 13 stone has been a huge sticking point for me so am pleased to be below again. Good luck this week.

Well done!

It always seems like major progress when you start seeing a different number of stones doesn't it. I normally weight in kg, but also switched the scale on to st and lbs to see the magic of the reading starting 10st a couple of weeks ago.

Well done Lazydaysinmay! I've 6lbs to go until I see the next number - but I'm looking forward to it.

Have a good week.

How are you all doing with hunger pangs? What do you do to deal with them?

I have cleared my desk to ease temptation while at work. I am starting to find that the hunger pangs are not bothering me so much. Instead of thinking of or actually reaching for the biscuit barrell I head to the water foundation and have a glass of water. I feel proud of each little victory and feel spurred on to keep resisting.

I am trying to have some 'spare' calories so I can have a snack if I need one - eg Kallio rice cake, nairns oat biscuit or chocolate oat biscuit .... Quite often, if I know I can have something, I don't then want it. Water helps!

I have discovered nectarines. They are deliciously sweet and juicy. Totally satisfied by 3.00 craving.
