First week loss of 4 and a half pound . To say I was impressed is an understatement. All the mood swings and tiredness was worth it. A week of no fast food and chocolate was worth it. Feeling better in my self even planning to go on a run tonight to boost the weight loss. I can do this!!

Mood swings are naturally part of stabilising our insulin, blood sugar and nutrition as we come off an unhealthy diet. They tell you you are doing the right thing and then they go. You'll enjoy your run and you'll find you can exercise when calorie restricting at the same time. I thought that wasn't possible but the more I do the better it works!

I am SO impressed. I know how hard quitting chocolate and fast food can be and it shows you are obviously very determined.
